The provisional account is opened for you after successful registration. In provisional status, you can deposit a maximum of CHF 1'000 and not withdraw any winnings.

This is regulated in Art. 52 of the Ordinance on Money Games. In order to deposit more and withdraw your winnings, your account must be verified by us. Without verification, your player account will be automatically blocked by our system after 30 days.

Verification is also possible after the 30 days, but your account will remain blocked after the 30 days until all required documents have been submitted by you and successfully verified by 7 Melons.
