A proof of address is required if your address has not been automatically verified by the information centre.

The proof of address must be an official monthly utility bill.

The document must not be older than 3 months; name, address and date must be visible. We accept the following documents as proof of address:

• Mobile phone bill
• Internet bill
• Electricity bill
• Health insurance premium bill
• Pay slips
• Header of a bank account statement, also required for withdrawals (name, address, IBAN number and date must be visible)
• Confirmation of residence from your municipality

Please note: The file size must not exceed 5 MB and the documents must be clearly legible (not too dark, with reflections, cut off or blurred).
