1. ID cards

• It must be sufficiently illuminated, but also not overexposed. It is best to switch on the ceiling lamp and take photos without flash.
• The identity document must be valid.
• Except for a passport, front and back are required.
• All corners and edges must be visible and nothing must be obscured.
• Torn or broken IDs must be renewed, they are not valid.

2. Proof of address

• Your name with full address and a current date must be visible (not older than 3 months).
• It must be an official monthly utility bill (e.g. electricity, mobile phone, internet).
• The logo of the biller must be visible.
• A payment section/deposit slip cannot be accepted.
