1. Identification documents

• The document must be sufficiently illuminated but not overexposed. We recommend switching on the ceiling light and taking the photo without using the flash.
• The identification document must be valid.
• For an ID card, both the front and back must be submitted. For a passport, the back is not required.
• All corners and edges must be visible and must not be covered.
• Torn or damaged identification documents must be replaced and cannot be accepted.

2. Proof of address

• Your name, full address and a current date must be clearly visible. The document must not be older than 3 months.
• It must be an official monthly utility bill, e.g. for electricity, mobile phone or internet services.
• The provider’s logo must be visible.
• A payment slip or deposit slip cannot be accepted.
