Your provisional account must be verified within 30 days of registration (Art. 52 para. 2 of the Money Games Ordinance). Your player account will be automatically blocked by our system after 30 days.

You can upload the documents required for verification in your account yourself or send them to us by e-mail to documents@7melons.ch for verification. This is also possible after the 30 days have expired.
