Your provisional account must be verified within 30 days of registration (Art. 52 para. 2 of the Swiss Money Gaming Ordinance). After this period, your player account will automatically be blocked by our system.

You can upload the documents required for verification directly through your account or send them to us by email at documents@7melons.ch for review. This is also possible after the 30-day period has expired.
