You can cancel all or part of a requested withdrawal until it has been processed by 7 Melons.

To do so, go to your player account. Under "Withdrawals" > "My withdrawal requests" you can cancel the requested amount.

If the payout has already been processed by 7 Melons, the payout can no longer be cancelled by yourself - in exceptional cases, this can only be done by 7 Melons. Please contact our support for this.
