To make a withdrawal, go to "Withdrawal" in your account. There you just have to enter the IBAN of your account and the amount you want to withdraw.

You will find the IBAN number on your post card or bank card, as well as on your bank account statement or in your e-banking.

Pursuant to Art. 50 of the Ordinance on Money Games, payouts may only be transferred to a Swiss payment account that is in your name. 7 Melons may request identification documents or other information during a payout transaction.
