How can I change my IBAN?
To change the IBAN stored in your player account, please send a corresponding message to support@7melons.ch and attach an appropriate document for this new bank account.
In order for your request to be processed as quickly as possible, please send the top part of a current account statement (not older than 3 months).
You must see:
- Your name
- The IBAN
- Name/logo of the bank
- Date
You are welcome to hide balances and transactions, we do not need these to process your request. After positive verification of the document, the adjustment will be made and you can request payouts to the new IBAN.
Pursuant to Art. 50 of the Ordinance on Money Games, payouts may only be transferred to a Swiss payment account that is in your name.
