An active bonus must be removed in order to make a withdrawal. Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn. If you do not want to lose the active bonus, wait until you have fulfilled the turnover requirements and have been able to convert the bonus credit into real money before making a withdrawal.

Important: A cancelled bonus cannot be restored. If you cancel an active bonus, you will not only lose your previous playthrough progress and the bonus balance, but also the right to this bonus.
