How can I close my account if I have a problem gambling?
Closing an account will only close the account at 7 Melons. In the event of a gambling addiction, we recommend that you voluntarily close your account. In your player account you will find a short paragraph about this under "Responsible Gaming" and the red button "Switzerland-wide gambling ban". Alternatively, you can also contact our support team.
In order for us to be able to record your ban in the Switzerland-wide ban register, we need a valid official ID from you. If we do not yet have one from you, please upload it to your account before you apply for the ban or send it to documents@7melons.ch.
Swiss casinos are legally obliged to issue a gambling ban if there is a suspicion that the person in question is overindebted, is not meeting their financial obligations or is risking gambling stakes that are disproportionate to their income and assets.
