A gambling ban is imposed by a Swiss casino and prevents you from playing in a Swiss casino (land-based and online). A ban can only be lifted by the casino that issued the ban.

A gambling ban applies throughout Switzerland to all licensed casinos (land-based and online), lotteries conducted online, sports betting and games of skill and to large-scale games determined by the intercantonal authority (Art. 80 Money Games Act).
