A lifting of the gaming ban is only possible under certain conditions.

You must apply to the casino that has imposed the ban for it to be lifted.

In any case, the reason for the ban must no longer exist. In order for this to be determined, you must have a discussion with a cantonally recognised specialist office about your personal and financial situation as part of the lifting procedure.

In this context, the casino will ask you to provide documents on your financial situation, which you must submit so that the application for cancellation can be examined.
