To change or delete limits, go to "Responsible Gaming" in your account. There you will find all the settings for loss, wager and deposit limits on the left-hand side.

Please note that a daily loss limit is mandatory and cannot be deleted.

You can set the period for a limit either on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and a combination of different types and periods is also possible.

If a limit is increased or removed, the adjustment is made automatically by our system after 24 hours. If a new or lower limit is set, this takes effect immediately.

Important: Every new limit set or changed includes actions already carried out in the selected period.

Example: If you set a weekly deposit limit of CHF 100 at noon on Wednesday and have already deposited CHF 80 on Monday, you can only deposit CHF 20 until the end of the week.

Please note: If you set several different limits, the most restrictive ("strongest") limit always applies first.

Example: You have the following limits:

1. daily loss limit CHF 300
2. weekly loss limit CHF 200.-

You play on Monday and already lose CHF 200.- and cannot play for the rest of the week, although you have not yet exceeded the daily limit, because the weekly limit has already been reached.
