How do I verify my email address?
To verify your email address, you will receive an email from our system when you register on 7melons.ch. Without a verified email address, you will not receive any messages from our system regarding promotions or to reset your password.
Please also check your spam folder.
In your profile you can manage the communication channels.
If you already have an account without a verified e-mail address, log in to your account, go to "Account settings" and enter your e-mail address on the right-hand side to have the verification e-mail sent to you.
If this does not work or you cannot log into your account, please contact our support team.
