Why is my deposit not displayed?
Deposits are made in near real time. If your deposit is not displayed in your account under "My History" even after refreshing the website, it was most likely unsuccessful.
Reasons for a rejected deposit may include:
- You have not yet given Grand Casino Kursaal Bern AG/7 Melons permission in your TWINT app
- You have not fully completed the authorisation of the payment
- Your Internet/WLAN connection was interrupted
- You have not yet set up the 3D Secure procedure for your credit card
- The selected means of payment does not have sufficient coverage
