If you are inactive for some time and do not play, it does not matter. Only if you have not used your account for 6 months at a time will it be closed.
When this happens, 7 Melons will contact you. If there is still real money in the player account and 7 Melons has valid withdrawal information, this remaining amount (excluding any bonus balance) will be transferred to the payment account recorded in the player account.
Important: If no valid information is available and we have not been able to contact you within 24 months, we are legally obliged to transfer your remaining balance to the AHV compensation fund (Art. 51 of the Ordinance on Money Games).
